Abstract
This research aims to investigate the correlation between the components of individual attitudes and it is influences by the application of the job rotation strategy in the General Directorate of Traffic in Babil Governorate . A conceptual framework model designed based on the research questions and their hypotheses. Research variables were classifieds into independent represented by the components of individual attitudes, namely: the cognitive, the behavioral, and the Environment attitudes, and the application of the job rotation strategy at “the General Directorate of Traffic” as a dependent variable. This study targets 12 different departments. Out of 261 individuals who were invites to participate, 96 individuals responded to in this study. The descriptive method was using to analyze the collected data. As, it’s have a variation of a quantitative and qualitative methods to prove the validity of hypotheses and the research purposes. The results of this study found that all attitudes of the police staff who has responded to this questionnaire have a positive position towards implementing the job rotation strategy. They have confirmed several of the benefits obtained after applying the job rotation strategy such as developing their professional skills, increasing their knowledge, promotion, and improving the work style. For future researchers, this study proposes the requirement to adopt advanced studies that contribute to continuous improvement and support the implementation of the job rotation strategy in the organization.
