انجزت هذة الدراسة لتقدير التلوث النوعي والكمي بالفطريات في خمسة أنواع من الطحين (الطحين الابيض, الطحين ألاسمر, طحين الرز,طحين الذرة, طحين الصفراء و طحين الخميرة) السليم و المصاب بحشرة خنفساء الطحين الصدئية Tribolium castaneum تأثير عوامل مختلفه من المستويات العددية للحشرة( 20,10,5)) زوج , أنواع الطحين , فترات حزن مختلفة(9,6,3)شهر, وتأثير المساحيق النباتية (الحرمل ,الحلبه,الداتورة)في مستوى التلوث وتم الحصول على النتائج تحت درجه حرارة30± 2 ْم ورطوبه 70±5%
Abstract
The present study was carried out to level quantity and quality contamination the species of fungi in five types (White flour , Whole flour,Rice flour , Maze flour and Yeast flour ) of the infested and the non-infested flour infected by the red flour Beetle . The types of flour, the effect of different factor that different numerical levels ( 5,10 and 20) pairs , the types to flour , different storage period(3,6,9)months , the effect of plant dests(Harmal,Trigonella,Datura)to level contamination the perent were tempearture30±2C and hamidit 70±5%.
