الملخص: يعاني المجتمع الجزائري من ظاهرة التسول شأنه شأن المجتمعات الأخرى ،وبغية معرفة حيثيات ظاهرة التسول في المجتمع الجزائري: واقعها ،أشكالها،خصائصها ، تمظهرها،سبل الوقاية منها، يود الباحث من خلال عرض هذه الورقة تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية لظاهرة التسول في المجتمع الجزائري بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار بعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية التي طرأت على المجتمع الجزائري، فما هو واقع الظاهرة وما هي أنواعها ،أسبابها، وما هي سبل وطرائق التخفيف من حدتها؟ كل هذه الأسئلة نسعى إلى الإجابة عنها من خلال هذا العرض الذي يحاول فيه الباحث استنطاق واقع الظاهرة من خلال القراءة السوسيولوجية لحيثياتها.
Abstract
Abstract :suffers Algerian society from the phenomenon of begging like other societies, in order to know the reasons for the phenomenon of begging in Algerian society: the reality, forms, its characteristics, their manifestation, the means of prevention, the researcher wishes through the presentation of this modest paper to read the sociological phenomenon of begging in Algerian society the introduction into account some social variables in Algerian society, what is the reality of the phenomenon and what are the types, causes, and what are the ways and means to alleviate it? All these questions we seek to answer them through this package which attempts, the researcher questioning the reality of this phenomenon through the sociological reading .
