Abstract
لا شك بان النزاعات بشكل عام وفي العراق بعد العام 2014 بشكل خاص قد أهدرت الفرص المجدية للشباب والمرأة والتي تتيح عبرها المشاركة الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية في صوغ مساحات يعبرون من خلالها عن انفسهم، اذ لا تقوم الحروب والنزاعات بهدم المدارس والجسور فحسب، بل تؤدي الى تدمير رأس المال الاجتماعي بسبب تشريد السكان وتوسيع الإنقسامات الأثنية، في حين كانت النساء والشباب الاكثر تضرراً من جراء تلك النزاعات ، لخطورة دورهم في ادامة زخم النزاعات تارة ، ووقوعهم كضحايا تارة اخرى. ومن هذا المنطلق بمقدور المجتمعات الخارجة من الصراعات أن تجني ثمار السلام والاستقرار ببذلها الاستثمارات المناسبة في تمكين الشباب والمرأة من خلال ايجاد وسائل تمكينيه على الصعد العلمية والاقتصادية والثقافية بغية إعادة ربطهم بالمنظومة المجتمعية وليكونوا منطلقاً نحو اعادة الاستقرار السياسي.
Abstract
There is no doubt that conflicts in general and in Iraq after 2014 in particular have wasted meaningful opportunities for youth and women through which they allow social, political and economic participation in shaping spaces through which to express themselves, as wars and conflicts do not only destroy schools and bridges, but rather destroy the head Social money through the displacement of the population and the expansion of ethnic divisions, while women and youth were most affected by these conflicts, due to the seriousness of their role in perpetuating the momentum of conflicts at times, and their occurrence as victims at other times. In this sense, societies affected by the conflict can reap the fruits of peace and stability by making appropriate investments in youth and women by finding enabling means at the scientific, economic and cultural levels in order to reconnect them to the societal system and to be a starting point towards the restoration of political stability.
