Abstract
مثل البرنامج النووي الايراني من أبرز القضايا في الساحة الدولية، في ظل أصرار إيران على استكماله بشتى الطرق، ووفقاً للمتغيرات الدولية تعرضت الى ضغوط واسعة النطاق من الجانب الامريكي بفرض حزم من العقوبات، استمر ت الى وقتنا هذا، فقد اتجهت ايران الى روسيا والصين لكسب الدعم في تطوير انشطتها النووية، وبحكم المصالح المشتركة التي ترتبط بينهما، فقد لاقت أيران دعماً كبيراً من الدولتين الاخيرة في المجالات كافة وصولا الى الاتفاقية النهائية في عام 0209، بشأن التأكيد على سلمية تلك الانشطة، أضافة الى رفع جميع القيود المتمثلة بالعقوبات السابقة على وفق قرارات مجلس الامن، فقد برز الدور الروسي والصيني الداعم في هذا الشأن، وخاصة بعد انسحاب الولايات المتحدة من الاتفاقية عام 0202، والانفراد بفرض العقوبات على إيران بدون تفويض دولي، الا أن الروس والصينيين أعلنوا رسميا مواصلة الدعم لإيران، كون الاتفاقية السابقة حققت نجاحاً كبيراً في السيطرة على القدرات النووية الايرانية، اتفاقية وقعت على وفق توافق دولي.
Abstract
The Iranian nuclear program was one of the most prominent issues in the international arena, in light of Iran's insistence on using it in various ways, and according to international changes, it came under pressure from the American side to impose packages of sanctions, which continued to our time, as it went to Russia and China to gain support in developing its nuclear activities. And, by virtue of the common interests that are linked between them, Iran has received great support from the last two countries in all fields to reach the final agreement in 2015, regarding asserting the peace of these activities, in addition to lifting all restrictions represented in the previous sanctions according to the Security Council resolutions, Aldo has emerged The Russian and Chinese supportive in this regard, especially after the withdrawal of the United States from the agreement in 2018, and the unilateral imposition of sanctions on Iran without an international mandate, but the Russians and the Chinese officially announced the continuation of support to Iran, since the previous agreement achieved great success in controlling Iranian nuclear capabilities, Especially since the agreement came according to an international consensus
