تعد مسألة حمایة البیئة البریة احد أهم المواضیع التی تدخل ضمن الاهتمامات الدولیة، وقد سعت الدول إلى إیجاد صیغ حمایة قانونیة لهذا النوع من أنواع البیئة ،لذلک نجد إنها کانت محور الکثیر من المؤتمرات الدولیة، والاتفاقیات الدولیة التی سعت إلى ضمان حقوق الدول فی تامین البیئة البریة فی الوقت الحاضر والمستقبل.یسلط البحث الضوء على حمایة البیئة البریة فی ظل أحکام القانون الدولی بوصفها تدخل ضمن اهتمام القانون الدولی والسعی الحثیث لضمان حقوق الدول فی هذا المجال عبر الاتفاقیات الدولیة متعددة الأطراف.
Abstract
The issue of protecting the wild environment is one of the most important issues that fall within international concerns, and states have sought to find legal protection formulas for this type of environment, so we find that it has been the focus of many international conferences and international agreements that sought to guarantee the rights of states in securing the wild environment. At present and in the future, the research sheds light on the protection of the wild environment in light of the provisions of international law, as it falls within the interest of international law and the striving to guarantee the rights of states in this field through international multilateral agreements
