Abstract
The article deals with the process of transferring data over networks and the dangers that can be encountered. One way to protect data is to encrypt it before sending it to the transmission channels. Many researchers
have introduced work to develop the substitution coding systems to makes it hard to be readable and secure. In this
paper, a method was proposed to send encrypted data in an RGB color image format with the key. The encrypted message and the decryption key are arranged in the same order as the data in the RGB color model, each time there will be
a different arrangement according to the agreement, which complicates this method.
