الانبار حاضرة بني العباس
يتضمن دراسة مدينة الأنبار التاريخية كونها أول عاصمة لبني العباس وهي حاليا محافظة الانبار تشكل ثلث مساحة جمهورية العراق وتسمى محافظة الانبار نسبة الى المدينة القديمة يتضمن :
مقدمة وخمسة فصول
الفصل الاول يتضمن تحديد منطقة الانبار التاريخية ،المدن والقرى التابعة لها خلال العصر العباسي
الفصل الثاني تسمية الانبار ، الموقع التاريخي ،بناء الأنبار،تحرير الأنبار.
الفصل الثالث التنظيمات الادارية ،طبيعة النظام الاداري ،الوزارة، الوالي،الحاجب،الشرطة ، القضاء،الحسبة،الدواوين كلها، خلافة أبي العباس السفاح.
الفصل الرابع يتضمن الثروة الزراعية ،طرق المواصلات والتجارة،الثروة الصناعية ،وصناعة السفن.
الفصل الخامس يتضمن الحركة الفكرية في الأنبار،العلوم العربية ،اللغة والنحو والشعر ، والخط العربي لانه ظهر في الانبار ، العلوم الدينية ، الصلات العلمية بين الأنبار والعالم الاسلامي
Abstract
Anbar is the capital of Bani Abbas
It includes the study of the historical city of Anbar, being the first capital of Bani Abbas, and it is currently the Anbar Governorate that constitutes a third of the area of the Republic of Iraq and is called Anbar Province in relation to the old city.
An introduction and five chapters
The first chapter includes defining the historical Anbar region, its cities and villages during the Abbasid era
The second chapter named Anbar, the historical site, the construction of Anbar, the liberation of Anbar.
The third chapter, the administrative organization, the nature of the administrative system, the ministry, the governor, the hajeb, the police, the judiciary, the hisbah, all the offices, the succession of Abu al-Abbas al-Saffah.
The fourth chapter includes agricultural wealth, transportation and trade routes, industrial wealth, and shipbuilding.
The fifth chapter includes the intellectual movement in Anbar, Arabic sciences, language, grammar and poetry, and Arabic calligraphy because it appeared in Anbar, religious sciences, scientific links between Anbar and the Islamic world
