Abstract
This study aimed to determine the organizational health (OH) among Omani and Jordanian School as perceived by teachers, surveyed a convenience sample of 649 teachers; 326 Jordanian, and 323 Omani teachers. Jordanian schools were in a high level for OH, while, OH for Oman schools were in low level. No significant differences in the teachers perceived school OH to be related to their academic qualification. There are significant differences regarding gender in the teachers perceived OH in favor of the female. With regard to the country, the results showed that the teachers perceived the schools OH in favor of Jordan are significantly different. Significant differences in OH perceived by teachers according to their teaching experience in favor to “Less 5 years” compared with the teachers who have “5 to 10 years” and “more than 10 years”. There are significant differences in OH regarding to gender and teaching experience interaction, to country and teaching experience interaction.
