Abstract
By using scenario-based Experiment, this study aims to explore the nature of Iraqi employee's organizational cynicism and to know the main factors that cause it. The study shed light on some of organizational cynicism's antecedents: organizational politics; organizational hypocrisy; unsuccessful changing initiatives. The author designed different scenarios about these antecedents. The scenarios distributed on a sample of public organizations in the province of AL-Qadisiya. The study used set of appropriate statistical tools such as MANOVA and ANOVA. The findings provided support for most of our hypotheses and recommendations for these findings are discussed.
