الخلاصة. تأسيسا على نتائج الدراسات ومن بقع مختلفة من العالم، والتي أخذنا منها الخلاصة المتمثلة في السمات الرئيسة للمعلم أو الأستاذ الناجح والمفضل لدى الطلبة، يمكننا أن نوجه كلمة لكل أستاذ مهتم لمستقبل طلبته شخصيا وأكاديميا : كن عادلا بين الطلبة، واجعل اتجاهاتك ايجابية نحوهم، ولتكن لك اللمسة الشخصية وتحلى بروح الفكاهة وكن مبدعا وخلاقا، واعترف بخطئك ان أخطأت ، وكن متسامحا ، ومحترِما للطلبة ، ومحافظا على توقعات مرتفعة بشأنهم، ومظهرا الحنان ، ومطورا لإحساس الانتماء بين الطلبة. فان العمل لتضمين هذه السمات في منهاجِ العمل اليومي، وضبطِها ووضعِها في التطبيق، سوف يؤكد بان الطلبة لديهم جامعة بخبراتٍ ايجابية كما في الجامعات الناجحة
Abstract
Based on the results of studies from different parts of the world, from which we took the summary of the main features of a successful and preferred teacher or professor among students, we can direct a word to every interested professor for the future of his students personally and academically: Be fair among students, and make your positive attitudes towards them, and let it be yours. Personal touch, have a sense of humor, be creative and creative, admit your mistake if you make a mistake, be tolerant and respectful to students, maintain high expectations about them, show tenderness, and develop a sense of belonging among students. The work to include these features in the daily work curriculum, adjust them and put them into practice, will confirm that students have a university with positive experiences as in successful universities.
