تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن سبل تعزيز السندات الخضراء في أسواق رأس المال حيث نجد
أن النمو الهائل للسندات الخضراء في أسواق رأس المال يجذب اهتمام المستثمرين على نحو متزايد وقد
توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج نذكر أهمها، أنه بإمكان أسواق رأس المال أن تلعب دور أساسيا في
تعبئة التمويل عن طريق السندات الخضراء، كما تعمل السندات الخضراء على زيادة الوعي بالبرامج
البيئية للمصدرين، حيث تبين أن السندات الخضراء أداة فاعلة في زيادة الوعي وفتح حوار موسع مع
المستثمرين بشأن المشروعات التي تساعد على التصدي لتحدي تغير المناخ وغيره من التحديات البيئية
أوجدت هذه القفزة الكبيرة في الاهتمام طلبا على المعلومات المتاحة عن سوق السندات الخضراء، كما
خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها وضع نظام إيكولوجي فعال لدعم إنشاء أسواق
رأس المال خضراء، دعم وتطوير الأدوات المالية والاستثمارية الخضراء والصديقة للبيئة، تعزيز
الشفافية وتوفير المعلومات المتعلقة بالاستثمارات الخضراء.
