هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى إبراز أهم العوامل المؤثرة في الانتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعتي القاهرة والإسكندرية. وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة بلغ قوامها (140) مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعتي القاهرة والإسكندرية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها؛ هناك العديد من العوامل المؤثرة على الانتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وقد تعددت وتنوعت تلك العوامل ما بين شخصية، إدارية، مالية ومجتمعية. اختلفت طبيعة تلك العوامل باختلاف الجنس والعمر والتخصص العلمي.
Abstract
This study aimed to highlight the most important Factors facing faculty members at Cairo and Alexandria Universities. In addition to, the impact of these challenges on scientific productivity. The study was conducted on a sample of (140) faculty members at Cairo and Alexandria Universities.
The most important results of the study are; there are many Factors facing faculty members and impede their scientific productivity. The Factors varied from personal, administrative, financial and societal. Factors differed by sex, age and scientific specialization.
