تبنت الجزائر مجموعة من البرامج التنموية الشاملة إدراكا منها للدور الفعال الذي تؤديه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي فقد كان العمل على دفع عجلة تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني بوضع ثلاثة برامج تنموية شاملة وهادفة والمتمثلة في برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي (2001-2004)، برنامج دعم النمو (2005-2009) وبرنامج توطيد النمو الاقتصادي (2010-2014) التي كان لها أثرا مباشرا على قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة ستتناول انعكاسات هذه البرامج التنموية على هذا القطاع ومدى مساهمة هذا الأخير في الاقتصاد الوطني خلال الفترة (2001- 2014).
Abstract
Algeria has adopted a set of comprehensive development programs, in recognition of the effective role that small and medium enterprises play in the national and global economy. The work was to advance the development of the national economy by establishing three comprehensive and targeted development programs, represented by the Economic Recovery Program (2001-2004), the Growth Support Program (2005-2009). and the Economic Growth Consolidation Program (2010-2014) that had a direct impact on the small and medium enterprises sector. Therefore, this study will address the implications of these development programs on this sector and the extent of the latter's contribution to the national economy during the period (2001-2014).
