تعتبر فئة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة بمختلف أنواعهم من أهم الفئات التي يجب على المكتبات مراعاتها والنظر في تطلعاتها المعرفية تلبية حاجاتها من المعلومات والمصادر العلمية بطريقة تتناسب مع قدراتهم المحدودة.
لكن للأسف هذا هو حال جل المكتبات العمومية البلدية في ظل لامبالاة رؤساء البلديات خاصة، ولا اشك إطلاقا في علمهم بكل ما يجري بداخلها بل و سبب في إنعدام النشاطات بها ، كما أن تسيير المكتبات لعديمي الاختصاص و المعرفة
تقول الحكمة : كيف يستقيم الظل و العود اعوج. بمعنى أن تحرك المسؤولين في هذا الموضوع أول خطوة نحو التقدم وتحقيق الدمج.
وفي محاولة لتغيير المكتبة إلى فضاء إجتماعي وتوفير المكان والمادة للقراء لتتحول المكتبة إلى فاعل ثقافي ندعوا إلى ضرورة الإستفادة من تجارب مراكز وجمعيات دعم ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة على المستوى المحلي والعربي والدولي في مجال المكتبات.
Abstract
The category of people with different types of special needs is considered one of the most important categories that libraries must take into account and consider their knowledge aspirations to meet their needs for information and scientific resources in a manner commensurate with their limited capabilities.
Unfortunately, this is the case of most municipal public libraries in light of the indifference of mayors in particular, and I have no doubt whatsoever about their knowledge of everything that is going on inside them, and even the reason for the lack of activities in them.
Wisdom says: How to straighten the shade and the lute crooked. In the sense that officials move in this matter the first step towards progress and achieving integration.
In an attempt to transform the library into a social space and provide a place and material for readers to turn the library into a cultural actor, we call for the necessity to benefit from the experiences of centers and associations that support people with special needs at the local, Arab and international levels in the field of libraries.
