اعتمدت الدراسة على الخصائص الشكلية للشصوص الخطمية ، للرؤيسات الولية لاكياس عدرية معزولة من اعضاء مصابة مصدرها والحمير والجمال، في امكانية استخدامها لتحديد سلالات المشوكات الحبيبية في العراق.
Abstract
The present study depended on the morphological characters of rostellar hooks as a valid criterion for identifying the differences between protoscoleces of hydatid cysts isolated from infected organs of human , donkey and camel origins , in a trial to differenti- ate Echinococcus granulosus strains . Results show that the large and small hooks measurements of these origin are quite different from each other and from other well documented forms existing in different parts of the world . Further studies are required for strain detection and are based on a combination of different criteria such biochemical, and molecular biology for clarification of the taxonomy Iraqi strain of the parasite .
