هدف البحث الى التعرف على مفهوم المواطنة وعلاقتها بالمشاركة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر طالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من عدد(160) طالبة ممن يدرسن بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز وينتمين لمستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وتم تطبيق استمارة البيانات العامة للطالبات،والتي اشتملت على عدة بنود وهي : مكان السكن ، نوع السكن ، العمر، مستوى الدخل الشهري للأسرة ، المستوى التعليمي ، ومقياسي المواطنة المشاركة المجتمعية واشتمل كل منهما على بعض العبارات الايجابية والسلبية وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة احصائيا بين المواطنة والمشاركة المجتمعية لدى الطالبات أفراد عينة البحث ، ومن أهم التوصيات التي أوصى بها البحث اهتمام الجامعات بإعداد برامج إرشادية تسعى لتنمية المواطنة لدي الطالبات.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the concept of citizenship and its relation to community participation from the point of view of the students of King Abdul Aziz University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The form of the study consisted of )160( students who study at King Abdul Aziz University and belong to different social and economic levels. The form included several items: place of residence, type of housing, age, monthly income level of the family, educational level, and measures of citizenship and community participation. Each of them included some positive and negative statements. The relationship between citizenship and community participation among female students in the research sample is one of the most important recommendations recommended by the research. The universities are interested in preparing orientation programs that seek to develop the citizenship of female students.
