يقول أحد المفكرين:" البحث العلمي هو أساس التقدم الثقافي والتربوي والإقتصادي
والحضاري. والمال الذي ينفق في البحث العلمي يعطي مردودا أكبر، يفوق أضعاف ما بعطيه
في أي مجال آخر؛ لذلك صار ميدان تنافس بين الدول".
معلوم أن إخراج أي بحث علمي، يتطلب من الباحث كفاءة علمية عالية، وجهدا عظيما،
وتفكيرا موضوعيا، ودقة لغوية في مختلف مراحل عمله البحثي. حيث تختلف أصناف
الابحاث العلمية تبعا لاختلاف مناهجها وغاياتها وأحجامها- شكلا ومضمونا- الراجع
للتخصص والمستوى العلمي .
