تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ترجمة وتقنين مقياس الرأفة بالذاتSelf-Compassion (S.C) للعالمة الأميركية Neff (2003)، وإعداده ليكون صالحاً للاستخدام والتطبيق على البيئة الفلسطينية بقطاع غزة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بترجمة هذا المقياس بدقة بالاستعانة باختصاصيين في الترجمة، ومن ثم حساب صدقه وثباته واستخراج المعايير الخاصة به، وقد بلغ حجم عينة التقنين (1436) طالباً وطالبةً من طلاب جامعة الأقصى منهم (319) طالباً، و(1117) طالبةً من الفئة العمرية (18-22) سنةً، موزعين على مختلف التخصصات والمستويات الدراسية. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تمتع المقياس بمستويات صدقٍ وثبات مرتفعة؛ مما يشير إلى صلاحيته للاستخدام والتطبيق لقياس مستوى الرأفة بالذات لدى الشباب في البيئة الفلسطينية، إذ يمكن للباحثين المهتمين في هذا المجال الاستعانة به كأداةٍ جديدةٍ تستخدم في الدراسات والأبحاث النفسية المستقبلية التي تخص فئة الشباب الفلسطيني خاصةً فئة الشباب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين قد يعانون من مستوى منخفض من الرأفة بالذات.

Abstract
This study aims at translating & standardizing the Self-Compassion Scale (S.C) which prepared by the American scientist (Neff: 2003), and preparing it to be proper for using and implementation at the Palestinian society in Gaza strip.
To achieve these goals, the researcher translated this scale accurately with the help of translation specialists & determine it's reliability, validity, and criterions. The number of the sample was (1436) youth students from Al-Aqsa University (319 M., 1117 Fe.) from the age (18-22) years, this sample was distributed into various disciplines and levels of study. The results of the study showed that the scale had achieved high levels of honesty and stability, Which indicates it's validity for use and application to measure the level of self-Compassion among youth in the Palestinian environment. So researchers who are interested in this field of study, can use this scale as a new tool used in future psychological studies and researches for the Palestinian youth, especially the young people with special needs who may suffer from a low level of self- compassion.
