هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة للارتقاء بمستوى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وذلك من خلال: الوقوف على استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في مجال التعليم، وتحديد دواعي تدريب المعلمين على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ولهذا الغرض استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المبني على التحليل الحرج (SWOT)، وذلك من خلال برامج إعداد المعلمين بالجامعات، وجهود وزارة التعليم العالي من خلال تحديد (نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، الفرص المتاحة، المخاطر المحتملة)
ومن ثم تم وضع الرؤية في ثلاث محاور: (بالنسبة لبرامج الإعداد.- بالنسبة لبرامج التنمية المهنية - بالنسبة لنظم إدارة التعليم.)، ووضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها:
- وضع خطة لتوفير مجموعة من المبرمجين على درجة عالية من الكفاءة والخبرة من خريجي كليات تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة تخصص الحاسبات لتحويل المناهج إلى برامج محوسبة.
- ضرورة الأخذ في الحسبان عند تطوير وتحديث المناهج أن يراعى المؤلفون ضرورة توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فيها وفي تدريسها
Abstract
This study aimed to develop a vision for the proposed upgrade secondary school teachers in the use of information technology and communications, by means of: stand on the uses of information and communication technology in education, and to identify reasons of teacher training on the use of information technology and communications.
For this purpose, the researcher used a descriptive approach based on critical analysis (SWOT), through teacher preparation programs in universities, and the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education through the identification of (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, risks and potential)
And then the vision was developed in three areas: (for preparation programs. - For professional development programs - for the management systems of education.)
The researcher put a set of recommendations including:
- Develop a plan to provide a range of programmers to a high degree of competence and experience of graduates of Information Technology or Computer Engineering specialty curriculum to convert to computerized programs.
- Need to take into account when modifying curricula to take into account the need to recruit authors of ICT in the teaching.
