تسعى الدراسة إلى تقييم الاقتصاد الفلسطيني خلال المرحلة الانتقالية، ورصد التطورات التي طرأت عليه خلال سنوات الحصار والانقسام والاعتداءات العسكرية المتكررة على قطاع غزة، وبروز ملف إعادة الإعمار غداة كل عدوان، ومناقشة الأسباب التي دفعت الاقتصاد الفلسطيني إلى التحول من اقتصاد مستقل جزئيًا إلى اقتصاد يعتمد على اقتصاد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي من جهة، وعلى المنح والمساعدات الخارجية من جهة أخرى، وتقترح رؤية وتصورًا لمستقبل الاقتصاد الفلسطيني، وتهدف على نحو أساسي إلى انفكاك التبعية الاقتصادية مع اقتصاد الاحتلال، وتؤسس إلى بناء اقتصاد وطني مستقل يعتمد على قدراته الذاتية وموارده الطبيعية.
Abstract
The study seeks to assess the Palestinian economy during the transitional phase, and to monitor the developments that occurred in the Palestinian economy during the years of siege, division, and the repeated military assaults on the Gaza Strip, and the increasing need for the reconstruction process after every aggression, Discussing the reasons that led the Palestinian economy to transform from a partially independent economy to one that depends on the economy of the Israeli occupation on the one hand, and on grants and foreign aid on the other hand.
The study proposes a vision for the future of the Palestinian economy, which aims mainly at disentangling the economic dependency with the economy of the occupation and establishing an independent national economy based on its own capabilities and natural resources.
