هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اليقظة الإستراتيجية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في جنوب الضفة الغربية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين فيها. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (66) أكاديمي يعملون في الجامعات العامة والخاصة والحكومية، استخدم الباحث استبانة مكونة من(44) فقرة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة اليقظة الإستراتيجية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في جنوب الضفة الغربية كانت مرتفعة. وتبين أيضاً أن درجة الميزة التنافسية كانت مرتفعة. وأثبت الدراسة وجود ارتباط دال إحصائياً بين اليقظة الإستراتيجية بكافة مجالاتها والميزة التنافسية، وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها:(أن تقوم الجامعة بمتابعة أهداف الجامعات المنافسة قبيل تحديد أهدافها، العمل على تحديد نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف والفرص والتهديدات (تحليل (swot قبيل وضع الإستراتيجيات).
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the strategic vigilance in Palestinian Universities in the southern West Bank and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage from the viewpoint of academics. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The sample of the study consisted of (66) academics working in public, private and governmental Universities. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (44) items. The results of the study indicated that the degree of strategic vigilance in Palestinian Universities in the southern West Bank was high. It was also found that the degree of competitive advantage was high. The study demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between strategic vigilance in all its fields and competitive advantage. The study came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:(The University should follow the goals of competing universities prior to setting their goals, working to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (swot analysis to developing strategies).
