هذا الكتاب ومن خلال ما انطوى عليه من ابواب وفصول حاول ان يتعامل مع مجموعة من المحاور الجوهرية المتصلة بفكرة الوكالة الدولية المتخصصة وسعى من اجل تحليلها ومناقشتها في اطار علمي وفق منهجية اكاديمية قانونية تعالج معظم جوانب العمل المتصلة بهذه المنظمات من اجل ابراز دورها وتقييم انشطتها كلما اقتضت الحاجة لذلك، مؤكدين ان ميدان دراسة الوكالات الدولية المتخصصة هو ميدان واسع وكبير وهو بحاجة الى مزيد من الدراسات المتخصصة والمعمقة للوصول الى معالجة كافة المشكلات التي تثيرها تلك المنظمات الواردةة في اطار الدراسة.
Abstract
This book, through the chapters and chapters it contained, tried to deal with a set of essential axes related to the idea of the specialized international agency and sought to analyze and discuss it in a scientific framework according to a legal academic methodology that deals with most aspects of work related to these organizations in order to highlight their role and evaluate their activities whenever The need arose for this, stressing that the field of study of the specialized international agencies is a wide and large field, and it needs more specialized and in-depth studies to reach to address all the problems raised by those organizations mentioned in the framework of the study.
