Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مفاهيم الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقاتها في التعليم لدى مختصي الجودة ومدراء المدارس بالجمهورية اليمنية في ضوء التنمية المستدامة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أستُخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتطبيق أداة الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (280) مفردة من مدارء المدارس ومختصي الجودة في عدد من محافظات الجمهورية اليمنية لتحديد احتياجاتهم التدريبية ومن ثم بناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بناءً عليها وتحكيم البرنامج لدى عدد من الخبراء وأهل الاختصاص، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى موافقة عينة الدراسة على جميع الاحتياجات التدريبية بدرجة كبيرة، وبناء برنامج تدريبي ينمي مفاهيم الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقاتها في التعليم لدى مختصي الجودة ومدراء المدارس بالجمهورية اليمنية في ضوء التنمية المستدامة.
Abstract
The study aimed to build a proposed training program to develop the concepts of total quality and its applications in education for quality specialists and school headmasters in the Republic of Yemen in the light of sustainable development. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used, and the questionnaire tool was applied to the study sample consisting of (280) individual school headmasters and quality specialists in a number of governorates of the Republic of Yemen, to determine their training needs and then build the proposed training program based on it and arbitrate the program with a number of experts and specialists. The results of the study concluded that the study sample agreed to all training needs to a large extent, and to build a training program that develops the concepts of total quality and its applications in education for quality specialists and school principals in the Republic of Yemen in light of sustainable development.
