The aim of this paper is to build a relational database system for companies working in the field of road construction projects. The study and analysis of the paper-based database system used by these companies was investigated and divided into wen defined parts .The main demand of proposed system could he summarized by making documentation to all projects data. Project data consist of forming the road main design, calculating pill quantities, recording the accidental changes in the projects plan work, producing reports about any project, and finally helping to answer any inquiry needed by higher management units. The proposed computerized system was implemented using Visual Basic TM (VB) programming language. Most of language tools, controls, and methods have been used to give a high user interface capabilities and flexibility for the system.
