وتضمن هذا الكتاب فكرة عامة عن الكتاب الالكتروني من حيث التصميم والانتاج, واستخدام منهج الحاسب الالي كنموذج في تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني على عينة من طلاب المدارس الثانوية, ولا يقتصر التعليم الإلكتروني على اكساب المهارة والمعرفة فقط بل تزداد اهميته في تحقيق التواصل العلمي بين المعلم والمتعلم وخاصة في الظروف غير الاعتيادية حيث لا غنى عن التعلم الالكتروني كحل بديل عن التعلم الاعتيادي المنتظم ولاسيما الظروف التي تمر بها مجتمعاتنا اليوم!.
