مطلب. وأسفرت نتائج تحليل هذه المتطلبات على الوقوف على واقع الخدمات التعليمية
المقدمة، ما يسمح بتحيين الب ا رمج وفق فلسفة برنامج الماستر القائمة على ربط التكوين بالبيئة
الاقتصادية للطالب والتحقق من قدرة إدارة الجامعة على الاستناد على است ا رتيجيات وتقنيات
حديثة في تقديم خدمات تعليمية وتكوينية تنافسية وذات جودة. ما يجعلنا نوصي باستخدام مثل
هذه التقنيات في تقييم جودة مشاريع الماستر المطبقة بغرض تحيينها.
Abstract
The present study presents is a proposal to improve a university training program, based on the "quality house" tool which is a technique used to ensure the final design of the product in order to meet the needs of customers (students) for evaluate it. Through targeted interviews with students, where (17) requirements were identified. The results of the analysis of these requirements showed the reality of the educational services offered, allowing the development of programs in accordance with the philosophy of the existing master's program to link the economic environment and the configuration of the student and to verify the capacity of the university administration based on modern strategies and techniques in the provision of competitive and quality education and training services. We recommend that these techniques be used to assess the quality of major projects that are implemented in order to update them.
