إن القواعد والضوابط اللغوية التي وصلت إلينا لم تكن عملا يسيرا ، وإنمّا جهدا عظيما تعاقبت عليه أجيال بدءا بالجامعين. اللّذين جمعوا اللغة من البوادي من ألسنة أهل السليقة مباشرة، وصولا إلى الذين وضعوا قواعد اللغة على جميع مستوياتها النّحوية والصّوتية والصّرفية وغيرها, وفي عصرنا نشهد تهميشا للغة العربية من أبنائها، فالباحثون اختلفوا في تصوراتهم العلمية، والناطقون لها تجاهلوها واستبدلوها بعاميات ولهجات منحرفة.
Abstract
The language rules and controls that have reached us have not been easy, but a great effort that has been followed by generations of collectors. In our time, researchers differed in their scientific perceptions and speakers ignored it and replaced it with deviant dialects and dialects.
This study presents the reality of the Arabic language between the past and the present and presents ways to develop it at all levels to be able to keep pace with the development of civilization.
