هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى استخدام المعلمين لاستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة لسد وتقليص الفجوات التعليمية والفاقد التعليمي وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، اشتملت عينة الدراسة على جميع المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة الشمال، حيث تكونت العينة من (460) معلمًا ومعلمة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى استخدام المعلمين لإستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة لسد وتقليص الفجوات التعليمية والفاقد التعليمي داخل الخط الأخضر كان كبيرًا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على تقديرات افراد عينة الدراسة على مدى استخدام المعلمين لإستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة لسد وتقليص الفجوات التعليمية والفاقد التعليمي في منطقة الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص، وسنوات الخبرة).
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent to which teachers use modern teaching strategies to bridge and reduce educational gaps and educational losses. The descriptive survey method was used. The study sample included all teachers in the primary stage in the North region. The sample consisted of (460) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the extent to which teachers use modern teaching strategies to bridge and reduce educational gaps and educational losses within the green line was large, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members on the extent to which teachers used modern teaching strategies to bridge and reduce educational gaps and educational losses in the northern region within the green line. It is attributed to the variables (gender, educational qualification, specialization, and years of experience).
