Abstract: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية صناديق الثروة السيادية في مرافقة سياسات التحول والتنويع الاقتصادي، الذي تسعى إلى تحقيقه الدول المصدرة للموارد الطبيعية من اجل التخلص من التبعية المفرطة لقطاع المحروقات، حيث تطرقت الدراسة بعد التعريف بظاهرة صناديق الثروة السيادية، إلى عرض تجارب بعض الدول التي وجهت مهمة التنويع الاقتصادي لهذه الصناديق. خلصت الدراسة إلى نجاح تجربة صناديق الثروة السيادية إلى حد ما، من خلال قدرتها على امتصاص الفوائض المالية الضخمة وتوظيفها باستراتيجيات مختلفة تسمح بتنويع مصادر الدخل.
Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the importance of sovereign wealth funds in promoting the economic diversification policies, pursued by natural resource exporters to eliminate their excessive dependence on the fuel sector, the study described after looking at general concepts about SWF, the experiences of some states that had directed the task of economic diversification to their sovereign funds. In addition, found that SWFs have been somewhat successful in their ability to absorb large fiscal surpluses and employ them with different strategies to achieve income diversification objectives.
