:اAbstract
The religious factor was occupied in terms of its positive and negative impact on peace building and democratic transition after the spring revolutions that the region witnessed, which in turn imposed many issues that will cast a shadow in building the Libyan state. The process of democratic transformation in Libya, where the study aims to identify the Sharia view of international relations in the Islamic society, armed Islamic groups, and their role in the process of democratic transformation. The study followed the descriptive inductive method, and the critical analytical method, to understand and study the subject, and to reach the results, where it was clarified that the classification of the map of jihadist groups after the revolution into jihadist groups, which are small groups whose activities range between local and regional .

Abstract
الملخص:
شغل العامل الديني من ناحية تأثيره الإيجابي والسلبي في بناء السلام والانتقال الديمقراطي في ليبيا عقب ثورات الربيع التي شهدتها المنطقة التي بدورها فرضت العديد من القضايا التي ستلقي بظلالها في بناء الدولة الليبية ومؤسساتها، مما تقدم تتركز إشكالية البحث على تساؤل رئيس المتمثل في: ما تأثير الأيديولوجيات الفكرية والدينية في الحياة السياسية الليبية، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظرة الشريعة للعلاقات الدولية في المجتمع الإسلامي، توضيح خريطة الجماعات الإسلامية المسلحة في ليبيا، وكذلك إبراز دور الجماعات الإسلامية في عملية التحول الديمقراطي. متبعا في الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي النقدي، وذلك لفهم ودراسة موضوع الدراسة، ووصولا إلى أهم النتائج حيث إن الدراسة وضحت أن تصنيف خارطة الجماعات الجهادية بعد الثورة إلى جماعات جهادية وهي مجموعات صغيرة تتراوح أنشطتها بين المحلي والإقليمي.
