يعالج هذا البحث قضية الفهم والإفهام، عند تناول النصوص التراثية، خصوصا تلك التي تتعلق بالمقدس منها، وأعني الحديث النبوي؛ حيث يتصدى الباحثون في هذا العصر لموجة كبيرة أحالت ساحة التفسير -في أحايين كثيرة- إلى معترك مبتذل، يخلو من كل ضابط، ومن كل منهج علميّ. فجاء هذا البحث؛ ليتناول ضابطا مهمّا من ضوابط فهم الحديث النبوي، وهو محاولة فهمه، وتوجيه معانيه؛ من خلال دلالة السّياق القرآني، إذ بهذا الاعتبار ستزول كثير من الإشكالات التي أربكت السّاحة الفكرية، وجعلتها مثارا للإفراط والتفريط. وقد أيّد الباحث كلامه بذكر بعض النماذج؛ التي حاول من خلالها التأكيد على هذا المعيار، والإشارة إلى إمكانية تفعيل هذا المعيار مع مزيد من الأمثلة والنماذج.
Abstract
This research addresses the issue of understanding and understanding, when dealing with heritage texts, especially those relating to the sacred, i.e. the prophetic hadith, where researchers in this era are confronted with a large wave that has turned the arena of interpretation into a vulgar battle, devoid of every officer, and every scientific approach. This research came to address an important officer of the controls of understanding the Prophet's Hadith, which is to try to understand it, and to guide its meanings, through the significance of the Qur'anic context, as with this consideration many of the problems that have confused the intellectual arena will disappear, and make it the subject of excess and negligence. The researcher supported his words by mentioning some models, through which he tried to emphasize this criterion, and to indicate that this standard can be activated with more examples andmodels.
