قرينة السّياق؛ تعدُّ من الدّلالات؛ التي يعوّل عليها الليسانيُّون في اكتناه النّصوص وفهمها، وعليها عوّل أيضا أهلُ التفسير من الفقهاء، والمحدّثين، لكنّ الإشكال الذي يمكن أن يكون عائقا في الوصول إلى دلالات بعض الأحاديث النبوية، هو ذلك التعارض؛ الذي يبرز أحيانا بين دلالة السياق ومدلول سبب ورود الأحاديث، تارة في تعارض العموم والخصوص، وأخرى بين الإطلاق والتقييد. وهذا البحث؛ جاء ليبين أهمية مراعاة السياق في الوقوف على دلالات الأحاديث، وتقديمه على سبب الورود عند التعارض، بحسب كل مسألة بعينها، مع ذكر بعض الأمثلة المبينة لذلك.
Abstract
The presumption of context is one of the connotations on which the Lysanians rely on the content and understanding of the texts, and on which the interpretive people are also relied upon by jurists and modernists, but the problem that can be an obstacle to reaching the connotations of some prophetic hadiths is that conflict, which sometimes arises between the significance of context and the reason for the reason for the hadiths, sometimes in conflict with commons and specials, and others between release and restriction. This research shows the importance of taking into account the context in identifying the connotations of conversations and presenting them on the cause of roses when opposed, depending on each particular issue, with some examplesdescribed.
