ملخص:
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تماشي التصميم العمراني لجامعة قسنطينة 02 مع متطلبات و احتياجات فئة المعاقين حركيا ، و ذلك من خلال معرفة وضعيتهم بالجامعة كمجال للدراسة ، تم تطبيقها على عينة قصدية قوامها 11 معاق ،باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد استخراج النتائج وحسابها مستعينا بالأسلوب الكمي و الكيفي مطبقين بذلك استمارة و الملاحظة المسلحة لتشخيص الواقع التعليمي للطالب المعاق حركيا ،فأعطت النتائج عدم ملاءمة النمط العمراني للجامعة يلبي احتياجات فئة طلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية من حيث الممرات، الحجرات ، المسالك للالتحاق بالمدرجات ، الإدارة ، و ملاحق البيداغوجية و اجمعت عن عدم رضاها على المخطط العمراني للجامعة الذي يفتقد التصور الشمولي للعناصر المرتبطة بالحياة الاجتماعية .

The study aims to know the extent to which the urban design of the University of Constantine 02 is in line with the requirements and needs of the physically handicapped category, by knowing their status in the university as a field of study. And qualitatively, applying the form and armed observation to diagnose the educational reality of the physically disabled student, and the results gave the inadequacy of the urban pattern of the university to meet the needs of the category of students with motor disabilities in terms of corridors, rooms, pathways to join the stands, administration, and pedagogical supplements, and unanimously expressed their dissatisfaction with The urban plan of the university, which lacks a holistic conception of the elements related to social life.
