تهدف المقالة إلي تسليط الضوء على
مفهوم الاقتصاد الأزرق، الذي يشمل
المجموعة الكاملة لأشكال التنمية، التي
يمكن للمحيطات والبحار أن تكون القوة
المحركة لها، كما يمكن أن يسهم كمسار
جديد وفعال في استخدام السياحة الساحلية
والأنشطة البحرية في الاقتصاد الجزائري،
وهذا نظرا لما تملكه من إمكانيات قد تمثل
احد البدائل المطروحة للتنمية المستدامة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلي انه من أجل دعم
التحول إلى هذا النهج الجديد، يجب تسخير
مزيد من إمكانات سواحل الج ا زئر، من خلال
مختلف البرامج التنموية المعتمدة للنهوض
بهذا القطاع وتحقيق استدامته
Abstract
This paper aims at highlighting the
concept of blue economy, which includes the
full set of forms the economic and social
development of which the oceans and seas
can be the driving force, it can also
contribute as a new route to the use of
coastal tourism and marine activities a
significant and effective contribution to
Algeria's economy, this is because of its
potential and may be one of the alternatives
to sustainable development.
The study found that in order to support
the potential of the coast of Algeria must be
harnessed, in order to eliminate harmful
fishing practices and to stimulate approaches
that promote growth and improve the
conservation and building of sustainable
fisheries ending illegal fishing, Algeria has
tried through various approved development
programs to promote and sustain the coastal
tourism and fishing sector, but they keep
little and do not reach the ambitions of the
ruler
