يُعد الاقتصاد المعرفي توجهاً عالمياً حديثاً تسعى الدول والمجتمعات إلى تحقيقه من خلال الإستفادة من معطيات العصر، والتحول من اقتصاد تقليدي إلى اقتصاد معلوماتي والذي يعتمد على تكنولوجيا الإتصالات والمعلومات والإنترنت، والتعليم العالي أحد المؤشرات الاساسية لاقتصاد المعرفة مما يساهم في رفع مستوى التعليم من خلال عمليات التدريب والتأهيل والإستغلال الجيد لمنابع المعرفة. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة دور اقتصاد المعرفة في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي في مصر، حيث ركز الباحث على دراسة العلاقة بين اقتصاد المعرفة والتعليم العالي، وإبراز التحديات والعقبات التي تواجه تطبيق جودة التعليم في مصر في ظل الاقتصاد المعرفي، ولتحقيق ذلك إعتمد الباحث في منهجيته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تناول المعلومات والدراسات الخاصة بموضوع البحث، مع الإستعانة بالمنهج الكمي في عرض البيانات وتحليلها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يمكن الانطلاق نحو جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في مصر دون وجود نظام تعليمي متطور، وبيئة مشجعة على البحث العلمي مبنية على إستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة والمتطورة.
Abstract
The knowledge economy is a modern global trend that countries and societies seek to achieve by taking advantage of the data of the times, and the transformation from a traditional economy to an information economy that depends on ICT and the Internet, and higher education is one of the basic indicators of the knowledge economy, which contributes to raising the level of education through training operations. Rehabilitation and good utilization of sources of knowledge. Therefore, this study aimed to study the role of the knowledge economy in improving the quality of higher education in Egypt. On the descriptive analytical approach by dealing with information and studies related to the subject of the research, with the use of the quantitative method in the presentation and analysis of data. The study concluded that it is not possible to move towards the quality of higher education institutions in Egypt without an advanced educational system and an environment conducive to scientific research based on the use of modern and advanced technology.
