نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع دور المنظمات الدولية المختصة بمكافحة الفساد في إسترداد الممتلكات المسروقة المتأتية من جرائم الفساد،إلى معرفة الإطار المفاهيمي للهيئات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية المعنية بمكافحة الفساد،وذلك من خلال دراسة إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد وإتفاقية منظمة التعاون والتنمية الإقتصادية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية المتمثلة في البنك العالمي وصندوق النقد الدولي،ومنظمة الشفافية الدولية لمكافحة الفساد ومنظمات المجتمع المدني.
كما نهدف أيضا إلى إبراز الآليات التي إعتمتها هذه المنظمات الدولية الرسمية وغير الرسمية في مكافحة الفساد كل حسب إختصاصه وسلطاته منها من تتمتع بصلاحيات واسعة وغير محدودة ومنها من لديها صلاحيات وسلطات ضيقة ومحدودة.

Abstract
By studying the topic of the role of international organizations in combating corruption and recovering stolen property from corruption crimes,we aim to know the conceptual frame work of international governement and non-governement bodies concerned with combating corruption,by studying the united nations anti-corruption convention of the organizations for economic cooperation and development and the international financial institutions represented by the bank the international monetary fund,transparency international organization for combating corruption and civil society organization,and we also aim to highlight the mechanismss adopted by these official and unofficial international organization in the face of corruption each according to its competenncies,some of which have broad and limited powers
