يتناول البحث موضوع السلم الاجتماعي من خلال وثيقة المدينة كنموذج لدستور مدني نظم أسس العلاقات بين السلطة الحاكمة ومكونات مجتمع المدينة من جهة، وبين مكونات المجتمع المدني فيما بينهم من جهة أخرى، تأسيساً لمجتمع قائم على التعايش السلمي تحقيقاً للسلم الاجتماعي بين مكوناته المختلفة.
Abstract
This Research deals with the social peace through the AL-Madeenah Document as a model for a civil constitution that organized the foundations of relations between the ruling authority and the society on the one hand, and the members of the society among themselves on the other hand, in order to establish a society based on peaceful coexistence in order to achieve social peace between its various components. The research followed the analytical historical approach. The Research aimed to highlight the pioneering role of Islam in promoting peace and coexistence with others. And she concluded that life will not be straightforward without achieving social peace and coexistence with others, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, and that society will not advance without it. The Research concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably: The consolidation of a culture of social peace in the hearts of people through the concerted efforts of educational, social and media institutions.
