نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع آليات الهيئات التشريعية الجزائرية في الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته إلى معرفة الآليات الوقائية التي جاء بها المشرع الجزائري في الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته،والتطرق إلى التدابير المتخذة في القطاع العام والمتعلقة بتدابير التوظيف وبمبدأ التصريح بالممتلكات،ثم التدابير المتخذة في القطاع الخاص،كما نهدف إلى معرفة الآليات العقابية المنصوص عليها،والمتمثلة في آليات تجريم أفعال الفساد والعقوبات المقررة لها،إضافة إلى الآليات الإجرائية المتخذة للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته.
Abstract
through our study of the issue of the mechanisms of algeria legislative bodies in preventing and combating corruption,we aim to know the preventive mechanisms that the algerian legislator came up with to prevent and combat corruption,and to address the measures taken in the public sector related to employment measeres and property permits,then the measeres taken in the private sector as well,we also aim to know the punitive mechanisms represented in the mechanisms for criminalizing acts of corruption and their penalties,and the procedural mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption.
