في هذا الكتاب التعرف إلى الإطار النظري لمفهوم الاستراتيجية ودلالته التفسيرية والتحليلية وبشي من التفصيل , ومن خلال هذا الفهم للاستراتيجية وتطبيقاتها المتسارعة من حقل علمي واقتصادي الى حقول المعرفة الاخرى وخصوصا بمايتعلق منها بالاطار النظري للادارة و التخطيط الاستراتيجي على وفق متطلبات الادارة الحالية لستراتيجيات التنمية الادارية المستدامة , ولغرض ان يكون هذا الكتاب ملم بمفاهيم متعددة وبغية عدم التكرار للمؤلفات العديدة والتي بحثت في ذات الموضوع فقد ركزنا في استعراضنا للمناهج الاستراتيجية العامة ومحاولة ربطها بالادارة الاستراتيجية والتخطيط الاستراتجي مع التركيز على تناول البعد المكاني في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وبالاخص منها محاولات المخططين المكانيين في تطبيق مبادىء ومفردات التحليل الاستراتيجي المستخدمة في تخطيط المدن بالمقارنة مع المناهج التقليدية في التخطيط المكاني وكذلك في تخطيط التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية مع استعراض لابرز واحدث التجارب العالمية والعربية في ذلك.
Abstract
In this book, identifying the theoretical framework of the concept of strategy and its explanatory and analytical significance in some detail, and through this understanding of the strategy and its accelerated applications from a scientific and economic field to other fields of knowledge, especially with regard to the theoretical framework of management and strategic planning according to the current management requirements for sustainable administrative development strategies, In order for this book to be familiar with multiple concepts and in order not to repeat the numerous literature that discussed the same subject, we focused in our review of the general strategic approaches and trying to link them to strategic management and strategic planning, with a focus on addressing the spatial dimension in strategic planning, especially the attempts of spatial planners in applying the principles and vocabulary of analysis The strategic used in urban planning in comparison with traditional approaches to spatial planning, as well as in planning local economic development, with a review of the most prominent and latest international and Arab experiences in this.
