تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد تداعيات الحصار الإسرائيلي على الأوضاع الاقتصادية في قطاع غزة، مع عرض المنهجيات الأساسية لمنظومة الحصار الإسرائيلي الشامل وإجراءاته التي أسست لهذه المنظومة، وبيان أثر اعتداءاته العسكرية المتكررة على القطاع على مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، وانعكاس ذلك على كافة شرائح المجتمع، وبصورة أكثر حدّة على الشباب الذين هم صُنّاع التنمية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا بدّ من مشاركة جميع الأطراف، الحكومة ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، للعمل على تمكين الشباب في وطنهم وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية والحدّ من ظاهرة الهجرة التي أصبحت مشكلة كبيرة مثيرة للقلق، بالإضافة إلى العمل على إتمام ملف المصالحة وإنهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني، ومعالجة الآثار والتداعيات التي كانت بفعل الانقسام، وحثّ المجتمع الدولي للضغط على الاحتلال ورفع الحصار والسماح بحرية الحركة للأفراد والبضائع، إلى جانب وقف الاعتداءات العسكرية المتكررة على القطاع.
Abstract
This study aims to monitor the repercussions of the Israeli siege on the economic conditions in the Gaza Strip, with a presentation of the basic methodologies of the comprehensive Israeli siege system and its procedures that established this system, and to indicate the impact of its repeated military attacks on the Gaza Strip on various economic sectors, and its reflection on all segments of society, and more A sharpening of the youth who are the makers of development.
The study concluded that all parties, the government, private sector institutions and civil society institutions, must participate to empower young people in their homeland, improve their living conditions and reduce the phenomenon of immigration, which has become a major problem of concern, in addition to working to complete the file of reconciliation and end the state of Palestinian division. Addressing the effects and repercussions of the division, and urging the international community to put pressure on the occupation, lift the siege and allow free movement of people and goods, in addition to stopping the repeated military attacks on the Strip.
