هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف دور البحث الإجرائي كمدخل قائم على التطوير المدرسي في التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلم من واقع نتائج الدراسات السابقة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الرجوع للأدبيات والدراسات السابقة التي تناولت فاعلية البحث الإجرائي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين وتحليلها والوقوف على أدوار البحث الإجرائي في تحقيق التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين، وخرجت نتائج الورقة البحثية بأن للبحث الإجرائي دور في التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلم تتمثل في (تنمية المعارف التربوية للمعلم، تنمية الممارسات التدريسية لدى المعلم، مساعدة المعلم على مواجهة المشكلات التربوية، تنمية الدافعية والاتجاهات الإيجابية للمعلم، خفض قلق التدريس، تنمية التفكير لدى المعلم، زيادة الكفاءة المهنية للمعلم، تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمعلم). وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه من نتائج أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تبني البحث الإجرائي كمدخل قائم على التطوير المدرسي في إعداد وتأهيل وتدريب المعلمين قبل وأثناء الخدمة لما له من أدوار مهمة في التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين.
Abstract
The research paper aimed to identify the role of procedural research as an approach based on school development in the sustainable professional development of teachers from the reality of the results of previous studies. Sustainable professionalism for teachers, and the results of the research paper came out that procedural research has a role in the sustainable professional development of the teacher represented in (developing the teacher’s educational knowledge, developing the teacher’s teaching practices, helping the teacher to confront educational problems, developing motivation and positive attitudes of the teacher, reducing teaching anxiety, developing thinking The teacher, increasing the professional competence of the teacher, developing the social responsibility of the teacher). In light of its findings, the researchers recommended the necessity of adopting action research as an approach based on school development in preparing, qualifying and training teachers before and during service because of its important roles in the sustainable professional development of teachers.
