تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز الفرص الممكنة لفواعل التنشئة الاجتماعية في تحسيس المواطنين بحماية البيئة وحفظ صحة وحياة الإنسان، حيث تعتبر التنشئة الاجتماعية من أهم العمليات الاجتماعية التي تساهم في تقوية بعض الأنماط السلوكية المرغوب فيها، وترسيخ المواطنة البيئية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وتحاول الورقة الإجابة على سؤال مركزي يتمحور حول مدى الفرص المتاحة لفواعل التنشئة الاجتماعية بالجزائر في تكريس قيم المواطنة البيئة لدى الأفراد والجماعات، وذلك باعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداة الملاحظة.
ويخلص البحث إلى وجود معيقات تحول دون استغلال فواعل التنشئة الاجتماعية بالجزائر الفرص المتاحة لإشاعة ثقافة المواطنة البيئية، إذ هي عاجزة عن ترجمة أهداف وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة إلى سلوك فاعل ومهارات تؤدي إلى الحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها.
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to highlight the possible opportunities for the socialization process to sensitize citizens to the protection of the environment and the preservation of human health and life. Socialization is one of the most important social processes that contribute to dissemination of environmental values, and consolidating environmental citizenship for sustainable development.
The paper attempts to answer a central question about the opportunities of the socialization in Algeria in the dissemination of environmental values through environmental education, using the analytical descriptive approach and the methodology of content analysis, using the observation tool.
The study concludes that there are obstacles to the exploitation of the socialization process in Algeria. The opportunities for spreading environmental values are unable to translate the objectives and the dimensions of sustainable development to effective behaviour and skills conducive to the preservation and protection of the environment.
