ينتمي مالك بن نبي إلى المدرسة الدورية في تفسير التاريخ، ولها أهمية كبرى في صياغة بن نبي وتطويره لمنهجه في دراسة الحضارة وتفسير حركتها في التاريخ. ولذلك تسعى هذه الورقة إلى تحليل موقف مالك بن نبي من تفسير كل من ابن خلدون وتوينبي للحركة الدورية للحضارة، ومدى حضور أفكارهما في أطروحته في دراسة الحضارة في هذه النقطة تحديدا وما يتصل بها من قضايا.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، فإن هذه الدراسة تناولت مساهمات المدرسة الدورية في دراسة الحضارة، ثم حضور ابن خلدون في فكر بن نبي، ثم حضور توينبي في فكر بن نبي، لنفهم الصلة المعرفية بينهما وبين بن نبي، تأثرا بهما، ونقدا لهما من قبله.
Abstract
Malik Bennabi belongs to the cyclical school of interpretation of history, and it is of great importance in the formulation and development of Bennabi’s method of studying civilization and interpreting its movement in history. Therefore, this paper seeks to analyze the position of Malek Bennabi towards Ibn Khaldun’s and Toynbee’s interpretation of the cyclical movement of civilization, and the presence of their ideas in his thesis on the study of civilization and its related issues.
To achieve this goal, this study dealt with the contributions of the cyclical school in the study of civilization. It analyzed the presence of Ibn Khaldun and Toynbee in Bennabi’s thought respectively. Thus, an understanding of the epistemological link between both and Bennabi is analyzed; in terms of their influence upon Bennabi and his critics towards their interpretations of the cyclical movement 0f civilization.
