The paper also explains the political and economic conditions that the Gaza Strip has experienced during the past two decades, with a special focus on unemployment and the capabilities of the local market affected by the blockade and the destructive and continuous attacks of the occupation on the Gaza Strip.
The paper considers that the vocational education and training sector plays a very important role in providing the labor market with qualified human resources that enable their owners to make a positive change to cover the needs of the local labor market and finally contribute to the sustainable development of future generations.
