تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تداعيات الأزمة الأوكرانية الروسية وتأثيرها على سلاسل الإمداد والتوريد في الدول العربية ، إذ إن آثار الحرب والعقوبات لا تزال غير واضحة، فإن آثار الأزمة ستكون ملموسة وإن كانت بدرجات متفاوتة على اقتصادات المنطقة العربية،
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة، ارتفاع أسعار السلع الأولية كالغذاء والطاقة وسيدفع التضخم نحو مزيد من الارتفاع، مما يؤدي بدوره إلى تآكل قيمة الدخول وإضعاف الطلب. كما تصارع الاقتصادات المجاورة بصفة خاصة من الانقطاعات في التجارة وسلاسل الإمداد وتحويلات العاملين في الخارج كما ستشهد طفرة تاريخية في تدفقات اللاجئين. وكذا تراجع ثقة مجتمع الأعمال وزيادة شعور المستثمرين بعدم اليقين سيفضيان إلى إضعاف أسعار الأصول، وتشديد الأوضاع المالية، وربما الحفز على خروج التدفقات الرأسمالية من الأسواق الصاعدة.

Abstract
This study aims to know the repercussions of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis and its impact on supply and supply chains in the Arab countries, as the effects of the war and sanctions are still unclear, the effects of the crisis will be tangible, albeit to varying degrees, on the economies of the Arab region, and one of the most important findings of this study The rise in the prices of primary commodities such as food and energy will push inflation further up, which in turn will erode the value of incomes and weaken demand. Neighboring economies in particular will also grapple with disruptions in trade, supply chains, and remittances, and will experience a historic surge in refugee flows. As well as the decline in the confidence of the business community and the increase in investors' sense of uncertainty will lead to weakening asset prices, tightening financial conditions, and possibly stimulating the exit of capital flows from emerging markets.
