تعد الجودة في التعليم العالي إحدى وسائل تحسين وتطوير نوعية التعليم والنهوض بمستواه في عصر العولمة الذي يمكن وصفه بأنه عصر الجودة،فلم تعد الجودة حلماً تسعى إليه المؤسسات التعليمية أو ترفاً فكرياً لها الحق في أخذه أو تركه،بل أصبحت ضرورة ملحة تمليها التغيرات المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع التعليم العالي في جميع أنحاء العالم ومتطلبات الحياة المعاصرة،وعليه فأن إن الجامعات العربية وخصوصاً في العراق تستقبل وتخرج في كل عام أفواجاً من الشباب يمثلون الركيزة الأساسية لحركة التنمية في المجتمع وبهذا فأن التعليم يمثل جوهر النشاط البشري وبه تكتسب المعارف ويتقدم المجتمع، لذلك تتنوع طرائق القياس والتقييم في التعليم العالي أبتداءاً من الأستاذ الجامعي.
Abstract
Quality in higher education is one of the means of improving and developing the quality of education and upgrading its level in the era of globalization, which can be described as the era of quality. Quality is no longer a dream pursued by educational institutions or an intellectual luxury that they have the right to take or leave. The higher education sector all over the world and the requirements of contemporary life, and accordingly, Arab universities, especially in Iraq, receive and graduate groups of young people every year who represent the basic pillar of the development movement in society. Thus, education represents the essence of human activity and through it knowledge is acquired and society progresses, so the methods vary Measurement and evaluation in higher education, starting from the university professor.
