Abstract
لقد حققت مؤسسات المجتمع المدني نجاحا باهرا في مجال حقوق الانسان سواء على الاصعدة الداخلية ام الدولية بوصفها مجموعة من التنظيمات الطوعية التي تنشأ بالإرادة الحرة لأفرادها والتي لا تهدف الى تحقيق الربح عند ممارسة نشاطها الذي قد يكون اجتماعيا أو اقتصاديا أو ثقافيا, فقد تمكنت من ايجاد الحلول الاستراتيجية المناسبة للكثير من المشكلات التي عانت الدول والمؤسسات الدولية من آثارها وبشكل خاص في مجال حقوق الانسان الذي اضحت قضاياه بمثابة خطابا عالميا تتصارع حوله السياسات الدولية فكان هذا باعثا الى انشاء تلك المؤسسات التي تسعى الى حماية تلك الحقوق بعيدا عن تأثير الدولة وبمراقبتها لآلية عمل الدولة.
Abstract
Civil society institutions have achieved great success in the field of human rights, whether internally or internationally, as a group of voluntary organizations that arise with the free will of their members and that are not intended to make a profit when exercising their activities that may be social, economic or cultural, they have been able to find solutions The appropriate strategy for many of the problems that countries and international institutions have suffered from its effects, especially in the field of human rights, whose issues have become a global discourse in which international politics is grappling, so this was a reason to establish those institutions that seek to protect those rights.
