المحررات الطبية هي كل وثيقة يحررها ويسلمها ويوقع عليها طبيب أثناء أدائه لمهامه أو بمناسبة القيام بها، تدخل في صميم عمله واختصاصه الطبي، تتمثل هاته المحررات أساسا في الوصفة والشهادة وتقرير الخبرة الطبية القضائية، يؤطر تحريرها وتسليمها نظام قانوني وتنظيمي يبين شكلها ومحتواها وشروط وإجراءات إصدارها، يلتزم الطبيب باحترام تلك الشروط والإجراءات، وينجر عن مخالفتها قيام المسؤولية في مواجهته بمختلف أنواعها مدنية كانت أو جزائية أو تأديبية أو مجتمعة معا بحسب طبيعة المخالفة ومدى جسامتها.
Abstract
Medical documents are all documents that are drafted, handed over and signed by a doctor in the course of his or her duties. These documents are mainly the prescription, the medical certificate, and the judicial medical expertise report. Drafting and delivering these documents is regulated by legal texts that determine its validity conditions, required content and procedures. The doctor is bound to respect these regulations, or else he will be held accountable and his civil, criminal, or disciplinary responsibility will be assumed. These types of responsibility can be combined depending on the nature of the violation and the extent of its gravity
