من خلال هذا المقال سوف نعرض لتطورية الجمعيات كمؤسسة من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني عبر العرض التاريخي مع شيء من التحليل السوسيولوجي أين يتم التركيز على أهم مرحلتين من تاريخ الجزائر هما الفترة الاستعمارية وفترة ما بعد الاستقلال، هذه الأخيرة التي يُرى تقسيمها إلى ثلاث مراحل. وفي كل مرحلة أو مفصل من مفاصل المقال سوف نحاول الوقوف على حدود العلاقة بين الكيانين المدني والسياسي المتمثل في الدولة وكيف تعاملت الدولة مع مجتمعها المدني. سنقف في هذا المبحث على تاريخية العلاقة بين الكيانين في الجزائر مع تحقيب قانوني بالدرجة الأولى والتعليق على كل مرحلة.
Abstract
Through this article, we will present the development of associations as an institution of civil society through the historical presentation with some sociological analysis, where the focus is on the two most important stages of the history of Algeria, which are the colonial period and the post-independence period, the latter which is seen to be divided into three stages. In each stage or detail of the article, we will try to identify the limits of the relationship between the civil and political entities represented by the state and how the state dealt with its civil society. In this topic, we will look at the history of the relationship between the two entities in Algeria, with a legal review in the first place, and comment on each stage.
